Personal reasons. However I know during that time, Monte/team replaced a harddrive as it was showing errors - which I didn't realise. And I've not experienced any problems in connectivity or anything. I just want to publicly thank the team and I still recommend this company where ever the topic arises, and now shall crawl back into my shell to deal with the other stuff.
