To best serve our valued customers we’ve changed to a brand new client area and the old helpdesk has been retired.

You should have received an email with new client portal login details. If you have not received these credentials or have questions or concerns about the transition please let support know by emailing support@techark.com or clicking here, or opening a live chat and one of our staff would be happy to help you get situated in the new system.

All old ticket history has been imported. If you had a ticket that was actively being worked on by staff in the support desk it has been brought over and is active still as well
