Can I Switch To Unmanaged Later?

You can start managed, go to semi as you learn, and then switch to unmanaged. We only require 30 days notice that you wish to switch plans on your next billing cycle.

What's not covered?

We do not cover 3rd party software installs or troubleshooting. We are more than happy to help with an included admin service fee.

Is Management Offered Without cPanel?

We do not offer technical management on servers not using cPanel. Depending on your needs, custom management may be setup on a non-cPanel based server. Contact us for details.

What Software is Installed?

MySQL, PHP, Apache, Bind, mail servers, cPanel/WHM etc. When we hand you the box it is ready to start putting clients on.
